Thank you for shopping at Mokshyogi. We are committed to delivering our Books, spiritual and astrological products to you safely and on time. This policy outlines how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include national holidays.

• A Note on Astrological Products: We understand that our astrological products (like gemstones, yantras, rudrakshas) are more than just items; they are part of your spiritual journey.

  • Some products may require energization (Abhimantrit/Urjankrit) before dispatch. If your order includes such an item, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. This is to ensure you receive the product with the highest spiritual purity.

2. Shipping Time & Charges

We ship across India. Shipping times depend on your location:

Shipping Fees:

• Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹49 applies to all orders.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders valued at ₹999 or more.

(Please note: The times above are estimates. Delays may occur due to festivals, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues.)

3. Packaging

• Books: Your books are sent in secure cardboard or bubble-wrap packaging to prevent damage to corners during transit.

• Astrological Products: Gemstones, yantras, and other fragile items are packed with extreme care. We use extra bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID and the courier partner's details.

• You can use this Tracking ID to check the status of your package directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Our Courier Partners

We use only reputable courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.) to deliver your orders safely.

6. Shipping Location (Delivery Area)

Currently, Mokshyogi only delivers products within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Delivery Issues

• Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or broken, please contact us at moksh@mokshyogi.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement or refund.

• Package Lost: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your Tracking ID so we can investigate with the courier partner.
