MokshYogi - Delivery Policy

1. General Delivery Mode 

MokshYogi operates exclusively as a digital platform. We do not ship any physical products (like gemstones, books, or ritual items) to your address. All our services and reports are delivered electronically via email or through your user dashboard on the website.

2. For AI Tools & Reports (MokshGuruAI)

  • Delivery Method: Electronic/Instant Download.

  • Timeline: Upon successful payment, the AI-generated report is delivered instantly. Users are automatically redirected to their dashboard to view or download the PDF report.

  • Confirmation: A confirmation email containing the download link or access details is sent to the user's registered email address immediately.

3. For Consultation Services (AstroUpaayam)

  • Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made, you will receive an instant acknowledgment via email and/or WhatsApp with the appointment details.

  • Service Delivery: The consultation session is conducted digitally via a secure Video or Audio call link (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or Telephonic) at the specific date and time selected by the user during booking.

  • Turnaround Time: The service is considered "delivered" once the scheduled consultation session is completed by the expert.

4. Issues with Delivery 

In rare cases, technical issues (such as internet failure or email delivery delays) may occur.

  • If you do not receive the report or the meeting link within 15 minutes of payment, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID. We verify payment status and manually restore access within 24 hours.
