MokshYogi - Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
At MokshYogi, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless experience. However, due to the digital nature of our products and the personalized nature of our consultation services, our refund policy is governed by the following terms.
2. For AI Tools & Digital Reports (MokshGuruAI)
Services provided via our AI platform (including Horoscope Reports, Dosha Analysis, and Transit Charts) are automated and delivered instantly.
No Refunds: Since the report is generated, viewed, or downloaded immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for any digital products once the service has been delivered.
Exception: If a technical error prevents the report from being generated after a successful payment, and our support team fails to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be processed.
3. For Consultation Services (AstroUpaayam)
Cancellation by User:
You may cancel a booked consultation up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled session time for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or "No-Shows" (user failing to join the call) are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Expert:
If the consultant fails to join the session due to any unforeseen reason, a 100% refund will be initiated automatically.
Rescheduling: You can request to reschedule a session once, provided the request is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
4. Quality of Service & Dissatisfaction
Astrological counseling and spiritual guidance are subjective in nature.
No Refunds on Prediction: We do not offer refunds based on a user's personal dissatisfaction with the prediction, advice, or remedy suggested by the expert.
By using our service, you acknowledge that results may vary and are a matter of faith.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
