• All purchases of online courses, digital downloads, eBooks, recorded videos, reports, and similar digital products are non-refundable after payment.

• Please review course details, previews, and all content information carefully before making a purchase.

• In the event of a technical issue (such as inability to access or file corruption), our support team will attempt to restore access or provide a fresh file.

2. Consultation & Services Refunds

• All payments for consultation services (Astrology, Vastu, Palmistry, Numerology, etc.) are non-refundable.

• To reschedule a consultation slot, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

3. Physical Product Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales of remedies, energized products, kits, or other physical products are final.
  Refunds or replacements are only possible in cases of:

  • Damage,

  • Defect, or

  • Wrong item delivered.

• Any such issues must be reported to moksh@mokshyogi.com within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos/proof.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of wrong or damaged items).

4. Order Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

• For cancellation requests, immediately email moksh@mokshyogi.com.

• Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

• Eligible refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Any processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

• The decision of our support/grievance team will be final and binding.
